  1.  Zeki

In the heart of Andheri West, where the city’s pulse rarely slows, Zeki emerges like a plot twist—a community bistro and bar that whisks you straight out of the urban frenzy and into a rustic, modern-day mud house. Zeki’s small plates take inspiration from flavours around the world, the Beiruti Hummus is velvet-smooth and paired with a 24-hour fermented pita, while the Ancient Grain Salad blends ragi, khapli wheat, barley, feta, and arugula, dancing in a honey vinaigrette. The mains include the Fish à la Meunière, which takes four days to prepare, the OG Roast Chicken, which is slow-cooked and marinated for 48 hours, the No-cream Truffle Spaghetti Pasta skips the dairy but not the decadence and the Moroccan Harissa Chicken Tagine is a fragrant, mildly spiced stew with couscous and dried fruits. Among desserts, the Burnt Basque Cheesecake melts under a cascade of salted caramel, the Caramelised Dark Chocolate Mousse topped with raspberry coulis is sinful indulgence, Nonna’s Tiramisu tastes like it was transported straight from an Italian grandma’s kitchen, and the Crème Brûlée cracks with a perfectly satisfying ‘thwack.’ Zeki’s bar program rolls out 10 power-packed cocktails crafted with the wizardry of modern mixology. The standout? The Baklava Cocktail swirls clarified pistachio milk. It’s a dessert in a drink, and frankly, it’s genius.

  1. Muze

unnamed (16)

Sitting pretty in Khar West, this space is part restaurant, part rebellion. The interiors? Imagine a Gatsby-era fever dream crashing into a late-night Hong Kong alley, Art Deco curves tangled with untamed Asian grit. It’s bold, brash, and beautiful. The food follows suit. Euro-asian cuisine comes to life in the low light setting of Muze.  Carbonara is reborn with chewy, slurp-worthy udon. The classic comfort of Mac and Cheese mixed with the umami of miso. Risotto leaves its comfort zone, picking up a smoky gochujang kick and a crown of glistening seafood. Even pizza gets a bold makeover, sporting sambal prawns and a peppery rocket finish. And dessert? A Vietnamese tiramisu that trades delicate sweetness for the rich hum of condensed milk coffee.

The drinks are just as cocky. Muze di Gara smashes white rum with pineapple oleo and a pickled ginger punch, tropical but with an edge. Muze Style Negroni rewires the classic with coconut fat-washed Campari, pandan liqueur, and smooth and fragrant gin. And the Muze Sa-Bi? It’s a gin cocktail with galangal syrup and a wasabi kick.
