What happens when Ahmedabad’s most enthusiastic food lovers, creators, and tastemakers gather under one roof to honour flavour? A night that crackled with energy and appetite. After unforgettable editions in Mumbai and Pune, the ELLE Gourmet food crawl arrived at Palladium Ahmedabad with a spirited momentum that turned the city’s largest F&B destination into a vibrant culinary playground.

With more than 50 dining outlets spread across the mall, the evening unfolded as a progressive feast through eight standout restaurants. The ELLE Gourmet India X Palladium Ahmedabad Food Crawl had over 70 guests check in, mingle, click photos, and embrace the excitement of exploring the city’s most dynamic flavours together. 

The Food Trails

FOO set the tone as the meeting point for all three groups, a lively start where anticipation built over the clink of glasses, warm greetings and Pan-Asian bites, and ended with flavourful Indian dishes at Ishaara. Once assembled, guests split into colour-coded groups led by three spirited hosts who each brought their own flavour to the experience: Aishwarya Sonvane, Home Chef & Content Creator, Kriti Dhiman, Chef, Entrepreneur & Content Creator and Suril Udeshi, Restaurant Consultant. What followed was an exuberant trail, each route revealing different sides of Ahmedabad’s ever-evolving dining landscape.

Trail One With Aishwarya Sonvane

The first trail kicked off at FOO, where contemporary Asian tapas set an upbeat rhythm. From there, the trail moved to Punjab Grill, where the beloved Palak Patta Chaat brought crunch and nostalgia to the table. At Jamie Oliver Kitchen, the Mushroom Pizza drew nods of approval with its hearty comfort. The finale unfolded at Ishaara, where guests enjoyed the expressive service and rich flavours, anchored by the crowd favourite Lahori Paneer Tikka.

Trail Two With Kriti Dhiman

Kriti’s crew began their journey at FOO, soaking in the warm, umami-rich bites before heading to Cream Centre, where the iconic Original ChannaBhatura delivered a taste of pure culinary heritage. Next came Cha, introducing guests to the colourful “Cha” Vegetable Futomaki Roll, a playful nod to Japanese influences. 

Trail Three With Suril Udeshi

Suril led the third group through a route that balanced comfort with discovery. After their energetic start at FOO, the group headed to Burma Burma, where the signature Samosa Soup and Silkroute Sundae added depth and soul to the evening. At Café Allora, the Classic Tomato Bruschetta and Tiramisu sparked instant excitement. 

A Night That Ended In Style

As all groups completed their trails, they merged once again in the buzzing atrium of Palladium Ahmedabad. Conversations flowed naturally as guests compared favourites, revisited standout dishes, snapped final pictures, and continued exploring the space long after the structured routes ended.

What emerged was a sense of collective joy, a celebration of craft, connection, and shared discovery. In its Ahmedabad edition, the ELLE Gourmet Food Crawl did more than highlight great food; it showcased a community united by curiosity and flavour and we gave them the perfect night to celebrate flavour in style.
