7. Gaylord

For nearly seven decades, Gaylord has been a culinary landmark, now refreshed under Dhruv and Divij Lamba. The new menu bridges nostalgia and innovation, offering tangy Chicken Chaat, Baked Crab Shells, and smoky Kathal Burrah. Standout mains include Red Pepper Chilli Risotto, Mangalorean Prawn Curry, Balti Meat, and Soya Tikka Lababdar. Beloved classics like Dal Sukhi, Kwality Chana, and Chicken A La Kiev remain, finishing with Japanese Cheesecake, New York Cheesecake, or Tiramisu.

8. The Blue Bop Cafe

The Blue Bop Cafe balances comfort food with lighter options in its refreshed menu. Indulgent small plates include mozzarella sticks, prawn balchao, and chicken tenders, while mains feature burgers like Farmers Delight, creamy mushroom risotto, truffle mac and cheese, smoked chicken & pesto pizza, and grilled Norwegian salmon. 9. Episode One

Episode One’s new menu by Chef Sahil Singh brings playful twists to comfort classics. Mercii is redefining fine dining with Chef Beena Norohna’s Nikkei-inspired menu.
