5. Canvas by Her, St. Regis

The St. Regis Mumbai presents Canvas by Her at Seven Kitchens on 24 August 2025, a one-day brunch curated by Chef Paul Kinny in collaboration with Urmi’s Art Forum. Seven women chefs pair with seven women artists, led by Komal Ullal, to reinterpret art movements through food. Each St.Regis chef will interpret a distinct visual art form, from Monochrome to Pop Art, Cubism to Surrealism. Guests will journey through a sensorial gallery where brushstrokes become sauces, textures are reimagined through grills and garnishes, and colour palettes inspire bold and intricate presentations.
