Frozen Fun is bringing its artisanal Italian gelato to Navi Mumbai with a new Gelato & Dessert Café in Belapur, its second large-format outlet after Jaipur. The café serves over 24 flavours of gelato, signature sundaes, frappes, and speciality coffees, alongside fresh bakes like salted caramel brownie fingers and peach crumble pie. With late-night hours and indulgent treats such as the gelato burger and affogato, it’s about to become Belapur’s new go-to for all things sweet.

4. HOM

HOM celebrates fire-forward dining in Bandra, where smoke, flame, and char take centre stage. Founded by Pratik Gaba, the restaurant is anchored by the HOM Theatre, an open kitchen featuring a tandoor and custom wood-fired grill. Culinary Director Chef Saurabh Udinia crafts dishes that fuse regional Indian flavours with global technique: think smoky scallops and crab, banana-leaf-wrapped red snapper, king prawns with gunpowder dust, and charred baby carrots with peas. Founded by Chef Suresh Kumar M as a tribute to his late mentor, Chef Marseli, the café focuses on handcrafted breads, pastas, pizzas, and patisserie delights. Chef Vichita Kumar elevates Thai-inspired small plates to match the cocktails, from Night Market Moo Ping skewers to Fire-Grilled Scampi and Dirty Fried Rice. Maze Concept Design Studio frames panoramic city views in peacock-hued grandeur, while Chef Virendra Singh Chauhan crafts a boundary-blurring menu spanning Edamame with Sichuan pepper to Malabar Seared Fish and Yuzu & Matcha Cheesecake. At the bar, Ashish Adhikari curates global spirits and inventive cocktails like Silk Road Blossom and Kai Negroni.

Hotelier Tanveer Kwatra returns to Delhi with GRAMMIE, a design-forward dining concept at Sangam Courtyard, RK Puram. The menu is ingredient-led and fire-kissed, with dishes like Baked Brie, Half Grilled Chicken, and Pappardelle. Open-fire cooking brings out deep, natural flavours in every dish. EHV International brings its acclaimed South Indian concept, HOSA, to Gurugram, following a successful debut in Goa. Helmed by Chef Harish Rao, the menu reimagines traditional South Indian flavours with signatures including Elaneer Pepper Fry with akki roti, Plantain Pepper Roast with nool parotta, Shimeji Mushroom Varuval, Kari Dosa, Toddy Shop Prawns, and the indulgent Madurai Lamb Shank. The bar program, led by Varun Sharma, features inventive cocktails such as Yuujin, Banana Leaf Martini, and Black Pepper Penicillin, paired thoughtfully with the menu. After years in fine dining, Prateek and Priyam sought simplicity, and Dumbo Deli in Lodhi Colony’s Meherchand Market brings that vision to life. Inspired by their travels, from Florence’s truffle hunts to Japan’s matcha rituals, the café celebrates everyday pleasures: vibrant sandwiches, ceremonial matcha, and a warm, intimate bar. By day, Dumbo serves Florentine sandwiches and small plates like prosciutto with melon or crispy chicken with molten cheese; by night, it transforms into a cosy dive bar with signature cocktails such as the espresso martini.

The bar celebrates storytelling through cocktails, each crafted to evoke chapters of Button’s adventures – from Savile Row’s indulgent toffee-and-coffee nights to Havana’s smoky summers and Hollywood’s luminous evenings.
