1. House of Paloma

House of Paloma brings a Latin American beat to Bandra with cocktails like the Paloma 1950 and Mogo Mogo, paired with playful plates like crispy eggplant tacos, hamachi crudo, butter kori rotti, and Tan Lobster Risotto. It’s a vibrant new spot where art flirts with flavour.

2. Zaatar W Zeit

Zaatar W Zeit, the beloved Lebanese eatery, expands in Mumbai with a new outlet in Andheri and city-wide delivery via Swiggy and Zomato. Alongside classics like manakish and wraps, the menu now features dishes like Shish Chicken Tikka Wraps and Zaatar Malai Paneer Skillet, blending Lebanese flavours with local favourites.

3. The Black Shepherd

The Black Shepherd in Bandra is Chef Rahul Kotak’s soulful ode to authentic British cuisine. He has made it unapologetically un-Indianised and has crafted it with honest ingredients. With its warm pub-inspired interiors, rock ’n’ roll spirit, and hearty classics like Fish & Chips, Shepherd’s Pie, and bottomless hot chocolate, it’s less a restaurant and more a love letter to memory and music.

4. HyLo Taproom by Igloo.

A collaboration so iconic between HyLo and Igloo Beers at Jio World Drive BKC, where crafted beer joins hands with culinary maestros. BANNG arrives in Bandra as Chef Garima Arora’s much-anticipated Mumbai debut with Riyaaz Amlani, bringing Bangkok’s free-spirited energy to the city. Expect a menu that swings from herb-laden curries to cheeky twists like Tom Kha Pani Puri and Avocado Som Tum, alongside inventive cocktails by Asia’s Potion Master. 6. The Third Place

Meet restaurateur Neeraj Aggarwal’s boldest venture yet, Tubata in Pitampura. Inspired by the raw forces of air, land, and ocean, it blends striking interiors with a global menu that reimagines classics like  Avocado Puchka, Thecha Chicken Tikka, and Truffle Tuna. By day, it’s soulful and slow, by nigh,t it transforms into a vibrant stage for celebration, making Tubata a sensorial experience.

9. Mi Piaci

Mi Piaci at Ambawatta One isn’t just another Italian restaurant; it’s a slice of Italy served with a view of the Qutub. Founded by Priyank Sukhija and Lorenzo Lanzoni, the eatery thrives on fresh, seasonal ingredients and age-old techniques, led by an all-Italian core team. Expect classics such as saffron-laced Risotto allo Zafferano with lamb demi-glace to woodfired truffle pizzas, right in the heat of Delhi.

10. Oju

OJU marks Karan Johar’s first restaurant in Gurugram, and it’s as much about the energy as the food. Designed by Aayushi Malik with calm minimalism that unfolds into quiet drama, the space sets the stage for shareable plates and cocktails that carry equal weight. From pickled tomato maki and scallop kushiyaki to prawn tempura and salmon robatayaki, the menu is designed for sharing, sipping, and turning every evening into an event.

11. Marièta

12. Brix & Barrells Craft Brewery

Brix & Barrells in Whitefield is Bengaluru’s newest 30,000 sq. ft. craft brewery and community hub, blending beer, food, and live music under one roof.
