On February 26, 2026, the city’s most flavour-forward crowd will gather at Palladium Ahmedabad, the largest F&B destination with 50+ F&B outlets, for a food crawl that will be a pulsating, high-spirited circuit through eight of the city’s most renowned restaurants. Curated to mirror the rhythm of the city’s dynamic dining landscape, the ELLE Gourmet India X Palladium Ahmedabad evening brings together its most influential creators, storytellers, and tastemakers under one roof.

The journey sets off at FOO, a favourite for its contemporary Asian tapas ethos. Over 70 guests will embark on this progressive feast, divided into three groups led by expert hosts: Aishwarya Sonvane (Home Chef and Content Creator), Kriti Dhiman (Chef, Entrepreneur, Content Creator), and Suril Udeshi (Restaurant Consultant). Together, they will shape the experience, steering guests through a trail that reveals the depth and diversity of Ahmedabad’s culinary identity.

Cream Centre serves comfort straight from its culinary legacy with the Original Channa Bhatura, and at Caffé Allora, the famed Truffle Parmesan Fries make a decadent entrance.
